🔒 VIAprevent boxes are built "privacy by design": no person and no vehicle can be identified. Only anonymous statistics are produced.
VIAprevent measures traffic (counting, speeds, congestion, soft mobility) without ever collecting personal data. Privacy is built into the product from the start, not added afterwards.
The sensor works at very low resolution (192 × 192 pixels): at this definition it is physically impossible to identify a face or read a plate. Analysis (counting, speed, user type) happens locally inside the box; only aggregated, anonymous, encrypted data is transmitted.
A short control video (30 s on request) can be viewed only to set up and check the box during installation. It is not kept and is not used to monitor users.
The VIAprevent server keeps only the anonymous history: counts, traffic states, measured speeds, relay and alert history — available in real time and as history on mobile or PC. None of this data can identify a person.
