VIAprevent equipment is warranted for the entire subscribed acquisition period (pack duration, 1 to 10 years).
The warranty covers replacement by standard exchange of any unit showing a malfunction, throughout the acquisition period.
Replacement in the event of vandalism is covered, limited to one exchange per year and per unit.
The return costs of the equipment and the reshipping of the replacement equipment are borne by the customer.
During the subscribed period, the 4G subscription and access to the web portal (real-time and historical data) are maintained.
Damage resulting from improper use, unauthorised modification or force majeure is excluded.
These general terms may be clarified or supplemented; the version in force is the one attached to your purchase order.
